2. What is biodynamic?

Biodynamic agriculture stems from anthroposophy, a vision on life that was developed at the start of the 20th Century by Rudolf Steiner. The main premise is that plants, animals, the Earth and the Cosmos are interconnected. In bd-agriculture, earthly and cosmic forces are used optimally. The aim is to create a cycle from own food to own fertilizer. Biodynamic products can be recognised by the Demeter-quality mark and are inspected by Skal.
