Red cabbage with sausages and potatoes

Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Heat a frying pan with the butter and fry the sausages on each side, turning them carefully. Put a lid on the pan and continue cooking the sausages over medium heat. Meanwhile, heat the red cabbage with apple following the indicated method. Red cabbage with apple is already seasoned, so it's ready after heating. Serve the sausages with boiled potatoes and mustard.

  • 60 gr Butter
