Our process

1. Cultivation
We select the best growing areas and the most suitable variety of seeds for each type of product.

2. Harvest
We pick the products when they are at their best.

3. Cleaning
Cleaning and chopping the product. Automatic detection of foreign matter.

4. Quick-freezing (iqf)
We freeze the products individually at very low temperature and at high speed. In this way, all their organoleptic properties remain intact.

5. Mixing
All individually quick-frozen ingredients are mixed to the agreed specification percentages.

6. Packaging
Both mixes and individual products are packed on high speed automated lines. We guarantee the best quality and Food Security.

7. Storage
We keep the product at a controlled temperature of -22 °C in smart warehouses.

8. Distribution
We transport the quick-frozen product to the various distribution centres, guaranteeing the cold chain and Food Safety throughout.
